1. You should maintain complete silence and take utmost care that no disturbance is caused because of your behavior while in Readitorium premise. Keep your mobile phones on SILENT mode (not even on VIBRATE mode).
2. You should follow all the rules and regulations of Readitorium as informed to you from time to time by our staff.
3. You should not claim the seat before the entry time and after the exit time based on the booking plan opted by you.
4. Readitorium reserves right to stop you from entering the premise in case of non-renewal of your plan within stipulated time.
5. You should not occupy any seat other than the one which has been allotted to you.
6. You should keep Wi-Fi passwords provided to you as a member of Readitorium strictly confidential.
7. You are not allowed to have your lunch/ dinner/ dry snacks/ any food items on the study tables. You can have water; but don't spill it on the tables/ floor. Please use dedicated pantry area for having lunch/ dinner/ snacks.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Readitorium premise.
9. Don't litter in and around the studying area. Throw garbage in the dustbins. Help us keep the premise clean.
10. Don't tamper with any of electrical equipments (ACs, fans, tube lights, charging points, kindle readers, fridge, grill, electric kettle etc.). Use them responsibly.
11. You are not allowed to operate the AC remote (not even through your mobile phone); please tell attendant to adjust the temperature/ air flow if needed. AC temperatures and flows will be maintained as per standards set across all our centers.
12. Visitors/ anyone who is not a member of Readitorium are not allowed to enter the study area.
13. Before leaving Readitorium premise, make sure that either you take all your belongings with you or you keep it in the allotted shelf/ locker space. Do not leave any belongings unattended on desks (especially if you have not opted for a full day plan). Readitorium will take no responsibility in case your valuable belongings are misplaced.
14. Readitorium reserves right to take a disciplinary action (including revoking your membership without any refund of fees) against you, if you fail to adhere to any of the above terms and conditions.
15. For any Readitorium premise which is a part of any common premise (such as mall/ commercial complex etc.), you are not allowed to access any area apart from specifically designated study area and common area of Readitorium. If authority managing such bigger premise (such as mall management/ management of commercial complex etc.) takes any disciplinary actions against you for accessing any such prohibited area (or for not complying with any of their prescribed rules and regulations), Readitorium will not take any responsibility for the penal action that they may take against you. Further, Readitorium reserves the right to provide the necessary data (such as your profile details/ CCTV footage etc.) that is required to identify the specific member in question, to such competent authority, if requested. Also, if such authority asks Readitorium to expel you from Readitorium, Readitorium reserves right to do so without any repayment of fees/ deposit etc.
16. Rules regarding Admission/ Renewal/ Vacation

• All the fees paid against any admissions/ renewals/ plan adjustments are strictly non-refundable. No grievances/ requests will be entertained that seek the refund of fees for any reason whatsoever
• For all plan renewals, start date for renewed plan will be considered from the next day of previous plan expiry date itself
• irrespective of delayed payment for renewal and/ or any other obligations.
• If plan is not renewed till the expiry date of current plan and if no confirmation is provided regarding intent to renew the plan or otherwise, current seat of the candidate will be kept reserved maximum up to 3 days in which one can renew the plan. After 3 days of non-payment of renewal fees, the current seat of the candidate will be allotted to other candidate. New seat will be allotted to you as and when it becomes available.
• In one 30/ 90/ 180/ 360 days cycle of membership, only one leave (of minimum 15 days and maximum up to 30 days) will be considered for any extension in plan requested. Such request should be made at least 7 days prior to the start date of leave - by filling up an online form - link of which will be provided to you upon request. In absence of such a prior notification, any plan extension request will not be considered. 17. Rules regarding Refundable Security Deposit

• Security Deposit is fully refundable upon final exit from membership (non-renewal point).
• It will be forfeited against any damage to Readitorium's property in any manner. Readitorium reserves right to decide value of damage caused and no grievances will be entertained with respect to the same.
• If admission is taken again after discontinuation of first plan, deposit will need to be paid again.
• Deposit refund will be processed only upon return of ID card/ locker keys (if any) and only after you acknowledge the refund by signing on register/ telling our staff the OTP that you will get through SMS on your registered contact number

Readitorium reserves rights to revise any of above terms and conditions/ add any new terms and conditions/ remove any existing terms and conditions at any point of time; and the revised terms and conditions will be mandatory to follow for all the existing members of Readitorium.
